General Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling and Refund Policy:

Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment up to two (2) times, or they may request a 50% refund on the first rescheduling instance, provided that:

    1. The rescheduling request or refund request is made at least [7 days] before the originally scheduled course date.
    2. The rescheduling or refund request is submitted in writing via email to wizard@spreadsheetmagic.net and is confirmed by Spreadsheet Magic.
    3. Rescheduling requests beyond the second instance will not be accommodated, and no further refunds will be provided.

Additional Terms:

  • Spreadsheet Magic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund.
  • Spreadsheet Magic reserves the right to modify or terminate these rescheduling and refund policies at any time without prior notice.

Participants are encouraged to review these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in a course. These policies are in place to ensure fair and efficient course scheduling and management.
