Our Story
Carlo, The Spreadsheet Wizard, has always been fascinated by data. In 2023, while reflecting on his skills and the impact he wanted to create, he realized something important: people were spending hours wrestling with spreadsheets, documents, and digital tools—not because they lacked effort, but because they lacked guidance on how to use these tools well.
He discovered his Ikigai: a way to combine his love for data, his drive to make work better, and his passion for sharing knowledge in a way that’s practical, engaging, and even a little magical. It became clear that learning these tools wasn’t just a nice-to-have—it was a skill that could transform careers, businesses, and lives. That realization sparked the creation of Spreadsheet Magic: a company dedicated to helping people master the software tools that make modern work possible.
Starting with Excel in 2023, Carlo saw the demand and opportunity to expand training to other essential workplace tools. Today, Spreadsheet Magic empowers learners to begin their quest to digital mastery, covering spreadsheets, presentations, documents, collaboration platforms, and more—turning everyday software into instruments of efficiency, insight, and confidence.
Since 2024, Spreadsheet Magic has also offered globally recognized certifications powered by Certiport, giving learners a way to validate their skills and stand out in the workplace.

Carlo, famously known as The Spreadsheet Wizard, is a Microsoft and Google Certified Educator with over a decade of experience helping organizations turn data into decisions, streamline processes, and boost productivity. He has led teams of Quality Assurance and Corporate Learning professionals across telecommunications, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce, designing systems and workflows that save time, reduce errors, and maximize results.
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Learning and Development Professional, and Certified Microsoft Excel Expert, Carlo combines operational expertise with hands-on mastery of digital tools to empower teams to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. He has earned recognition such as the 2016 Innovation Hero Award for advancing customer experience in UK telecommunications.
Carlo is a proud member of the Philippine Society for Quality and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Society for Talent Development. His mission: to make work simpler, systems smarter, and learning practical, powerful, and downright magical.
